Tips to boost up low memory for school going children


Ingredients required:

1.     Almonds-                 5
2.     Black Pepper-          2 to 3
3.     Raisins (green)-       6 to 7
4.     Cow Milk-               1 glass
5.     Brown  sugar-          1 tea spoon (optional for sweetness)
Method:

      Soak the almonds, black pepper and raisins in half cup of milk overnight. In the morning grind all these with help of mortar & pestle. Mix this ground mixture with the glass of warm milk and drink this with breakfast every day.  To make it sweeter you can add a teaspoon of brown sugar.
Besides boosting memory power it’s great to taste as well as nutritious.
